Rebuild

A simpler path from curious to booked.

Breathe Fitness · Edmonton

People at very different fitness levels arriving with the same question — is this place for someone like me? The redesign answered it earlier, and made booking the obvious next step rather than a hunt.

The challenge

Breathe Fitness works with people of every age and starting point, which is the whole promise — and the old site made a newcomer work to find out whether it applied to them.

It had also become hard to maintain, so it aged faster than the business did, and the enquiries it produced were thin.

What we did

  • Say who it is for, early. The services were clarified with the client first, so the site could answer the newcomer’s question above the fold instead of three clicks in.
  • A structure built around the journey. User journeys and UX mapping before any design, so the path from curious to booked is short.
  • One obvious next step. A single lead capture route rather than several competing ones.
  • Maintainable by the people who own it. Built so the team can keep it current without calling us.

The result

No performance figures are published for this engagement. We would rather show an honest gap than a number we can’t attribute to a source — which is the same standard we apply to the figures on the other seven.

No third-party figures available for this engagement

Is this your situation?

A good business whose website makes newcomers work too hard to see themselves in it — that is the situation this addresses.
