Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However, in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by its side. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly 30-minute task, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case-by-case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hour.

Absolutely. We are laser-focused on you and your website, so we would be sad to see you go but we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email and we will let you know what licenses you will need to purchase and will immediately stop the next payment.

Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by us, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term partner with a professional and dedicated webmaster.

We first like to do a Website Evaluation & Tune-up to become familiar with the website, how it was built, and to fix issues that we find. With the evaluation, we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.

If you have more than one website and you are on the Business Foundations Care Plan or higher, you can add an additional website to your Website Care Plan for $75/month and share your plan’s support time between your sites. This option is not available on The Essentials or Legacy care plans.

Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest response. However, we know brainstorming and strategy work best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Business and Mission Critical clients. These calls help websites achieve their goals and reach a broader audience. Many times clients use this time for online screen-share small updates or training.

Yes, to ensure a high standard of security and performance, we require that you host your website with us for support.
